Largely silent demolition of a concrete penthouse atop a series of ultra prime residential neighbours. A complex web of props and planning.

Disassembling and clearing the former broadcasting home of a major sports network. Soundproof rooms, mezzanines and a mass of power and data infrastructure.

Our seminal project. Everything from strip out to concrete cutting and beam strengthening. This project will hold pride of place within FDS for as long as it lives.

Strip out and investigation works along a West End terrace - with The Choir of Man performing eight shows a week at the heart of the site. A careful balance of theatre and construction.
