Following the unexpected collapse of a property sale, FDS was appointed to rapidly strip the former Passport Office back to shell.

Enclosed within a host of famous buildings, this project represented a landmark in its own right. FDS' largest initial contract award to date.

Taking control of a dangerous structure - a partially demolished annex, a rotted staircase and extensive hazardous materials requiring careful management.

Largely silent demolition of a concrete penthouse atop a series of ultra prime residential neighbours. A complex web of props and planning.

Disassembling and clearing the former broadcasting home of a major sports network. Soundproof rooms, mezzanines and a mass of power and data infrastructure.

Our seminal project. Everything from strip out to concrete cutting and beam strengthening. This project will hold pride of place within FDS for as long as it lives.
