Across Our Portfolio
Three significant projects are drawing to a successful close
60 Great Tower St
Principal Contract works undertaking strip out to over 120,000ft2 in a live environment. We returned this month to strip out the final floor that was tenanted up until Christmas. We’re excited to see how our client re-invents such a great asset.
Park International Hotel
The strip out of a 180key hotel, complete with common parts. This project threw up a number of discoveries for us and our client alike. However, our experience told as solutions were on hand to mitigate their effects and keep the project moving apace.
Museum – London
The dismantling and removal and a vast mezzanine structure under bespoke conditions. The final interim meeting was held this week in which the final columns were removed to reveal original flooring and open up the gallery to future potential.
These projects demonstrate FDS ability to manage risk, adapt to challenging site conditions, and deliver consistently to programme and prioritise the specific drivers of each project.
Projects Commencing
Alongside these completions, FDS is mobilising on two new schemes as we continue to strengthen our pipeline into 2026.
110 High Holborn
We are stripping out 3no office floors within an occupied space. Works also involve looping of mechanical services, retention of live safety systems and buffering of RAF installations to help with future marketing
Eastgate Shopping Centre – Basildon
As part of our distressed offering we were employed by adminstrators to remedy a vandlaised site, clearing debris and dangerous materials from three floors of commercial space above a busy shopping centre.
Two very different motivations for our services, addressed with the same care.
Flagship Project Award
FDS is pleased to announce the award of a new flagship project that will commence shortly. A former government building spanning over 90,000ft2, FDS will deliver a turnkey shell and core strip out, starting soon and lasting for around 10 weeks.
The appointment reflects the strength of our people, systems and ability to deliver certainty on challenging schemes. Further updates will be shared as the project progresses.
