FDS teamed up with Parkeray’s Lite Division to deliver a series of Cat B alterations to 2800 m2 of space at Google’s Victoria premises. Works involved the removal of carpet and vinyl finishes throughout as well as glazed manifestations and other feature finishes.

Delivery of the works was underpinned by regular communication with Google’s FM team who not only had requirements to use sections of the Works area during the project but who also had other works being undertaken in the building. Deliveries and collections thus required careful planning and execution in a very busy location for coaches, buses and other forms of public transport.
