FDS were awarded the subcontract works for the strip out of ground, 1st and 2nd floors of 4 Habour Exchange Square and commenced on site the next morning. FDS worked closely with Structure Tone to arrange Christmas Break works to enable them to kick start their fit-out in the first week of the New Year. FDS endeavoured to achieve yet another high material reuse rate, around 50%. FDS took care to leave the ceiling grid undamaged while removing plasterboard perimeter, partitions and the ceiling tiles. FDS was also able to assist a neighbouring fit-out with items for re-use, boosting the overall sustainability of both projects. FDS carried out an R&D Asbestos Survey before works commenced.
